Cant belive its already 2012! Things in this year have started out great the fam is getting bigger and growing closer, Im very excited to see what 2012 has in store for us!

October 1st 2011 WELCOME BROOKLYN!

Well she is finally here!! We had our sweet baby girl Brooklyn Taylor Hitesman, she is such a happy baby and the delivery was so easy and FAST! I guess thats what they say about the more babies you have. This brings our family to 5 and we couldnt feel happier with her in our life!! Nicholas and Austyn love having a new baby tho their jealousy is apparent. We are doing our best to make sure they are included in everything and know that the feelings will pass as they get use to having a new sister!

Ugh, 35 weeks and I'm dieing. I have so much to do and time is getting away from me. I'm thinking that I need to hire a maid to clean my house and well take care of me for the next couple weeks! But I did manege to get a cute pic of me being pregnant. :) And I have made a super cute bedding set for the new baby!

Dale has been so awesome to he goes out of his way to make me feel better I couldn't ask for a better husband. This weekend after working about 80 hours alone, he could have just came home and slept like he needed too, instead he decided to take the fam on a drive to get us out of the house. We ended up in Flaming Gorge and didn't get home till about 4:00am the things he does to give his family a break from the house and life.

Summer is over

After having a great summer full of games, guitars, and battling bees (we found out the hard way that Nick is allergic) the summer is finally over and the new school year begins. Nick is attending 5 full day Kindergarten and Austym is taking preschool again. Things have started off pretty smooth except for Nicks bus showing up at 6:50am the first morning. That had to end! so now it shows up at 7:00am umm...better?!? But besides the early bus schedule for Nick the kids are loving being back in school and I have to say, so am I!

Graduation and Summer begins

So since Nicholas was three we have had him in a great preschool for Autism. HE HAS GRADUATED!!! Yep, our little man has moved on, he will begin a new adventure in KINDERGARTEN (one that focuses on Autism still). The kids have had a fun start to the summer being involved in a daycare/preschool and playing everyday in our little pool or on the slip n' slide. Nick has been thoroughly enjoying driving his poor prego mommy up the wall . he has decided it is much better to climb our fence and play in neighbors yards, oh and it is a must no matter what I do...HE IS NAKED! When the pool is out he is naked, I put his swim trunks on around 6-8 times daily and today I just gave up, ill work on it tomorrow. Some would say to take the pool away, but that's how he stays in the yard. Our oh so wonderful neighbors who I'm sure are great people have a pond in their yard and Nick has a huge obsession with water, so if the pool is out Nick stays in the yard if its gone, then bye bye Nick! he's skinny dipping in the neighbors pond. we have got to find some form of discipline that works for Autism. (something we have really struggled with cause your just not sure all he understands) but on the good note Potty training Austyn is going extremely well and Nick is saying more words every week. :) its going to be a great summer.

So we found out we are having another girl, we are very excited and know that Austyn will just love having a little sister. well.. that's after the jealousy of a new sibling is over. I'm sure she will be a great big sister and will love the new baby. Not sure how Nick is going to react so we shall see.

Well 2011 is here and we had quite the surprise. A PREGNANCY! Yep I'm Pregnant and we are nervous but excited the due date for our new bundle is in Oct! This will put 4 years difference between the new baby and Austyn. who is going to have here panties up in a bunch cause well she is one spoiled little girl. Oh and Green Bay won the super bowl and i got a pink Green Bay Jersey 2011 looks like its going to be an adventurous year!

Time passes and its Christmas already

Wow, time really does fly! lets recap up till Christmas. ummm Dale quite his job and took a better paying job as a mechanic for Ford, Yup Dale should have been in heaven but it turned out to be not what it was cracked up to be :( with the low economy there was no business so when your paid per car you do there is really no money. but we still found a way to make enough to make it! So as the fall went on we started making preparations for Thanksgiving and Christmas. I was so excited for Christmas to come it was the start of a new tradition of Christmas in our own home. We went to go pick out a Christmas tree and Santa and one of his reindeer were there. it was cool to let the kids see a reindeer (or caribou) We had a great Christmas and the kids were spoiled rotten. (As any child should be on Christmas)

The Zoo and Barnum and baileys Circus!!!

Well a summer is never complete without a trip to the zoo, we were lucky to have some friends come along Josh and Alexis. Made it a little more fun for grown ups :) but then who dosent love the zoo?? Dale also suprised me for our 6YEAR anniversary to the circus, I was so excited to go. the kids had fun that is till the real noises started and we discovered nick was sensitive to louid noises now :( he cried through most of the acts till we figured out what was wrong. needless to say we will not be going to a loud event with out head phones or ear plugs. But on the whole it was alot of fun.

Let the flies and rain come

Well its been about a month since we moved into the new house. We are getting all settled in and enjoying our own place. Then the FLIES move in!! apparently Eagle Mountain and Saratoga Springs had so much standing water and humidity this summer that swarms of flies have attacked everyone! I swear this summer I killed roughly 200 plus flies! no matter how much you close the doors they found away in. not to mention the monsoon weather we are having our streets have turned to rivers. I guess welcome to home owning!! At least we got a break and were able to go on the MDA Ride again this year and yep I was rocking a hot motorcycle body and rode my own bike too!

WE BOUGHT A HOUSE!

So we are the official owners of a cute home in Eagle Mountain...OH YEAH!! We decided to try buying a house in this crashed out economy and while that $8000 tax return was going on. it has every thing need at this time a fenced yard to keep wandering kids home, as well as a exporative dog. Every one has there own bedroom and a nice front room and family room, not to mention a unfinished basement to explore and design. The great thing as well is that it over looks the lake and also its close to the schools that our kids will be going to....Perfect for us! We are raising future West Lake Thunder graduates ( That is unless Dale gets his way and his kids will be bused to Cyprus. :D) The house looks smaller on the outside but its HUGE!! oh Dale even built me a garden box!

Ok I know the last time I bloged was last November, Im terriable or maybe just busy.

December 2009

Another successful Christmas came and went, the kids had a great time with all the gifts. I keep telling Santa that we already have too many toys in the house and the kids could probably use new clothes. Santa knows better than to listen to the needs of parents! KIDS HERE'S ALL THE TOYS YOU COULD WANT!!! Darn that Santa!!

January 2010

Wow 2010, Dale and I are feeling older and older! not to mention the fact we had birthdays this month Dale turned 28 and I turned 26. were on our way to 30 and wishing that the years would just stop going by so fast! We were also able to buy a new motorcycle this year so Dale and I have our own, oh and we bought leathers to go with it! Feeling alittle bad ass!

Febuary 2010

The start of the DIET!! After packing on 30lbs from Nov to now, It was time for me to get serious about loosing it! after crazy kickstarting Ive now lost 35lbs and have started a life change instead of just dieting! Nick also started reading the ABC's this month he is getting so big and really giving this Autism thing the finger! Austyn also started daycare/prechool so that she can get the interaction that she desperatly needs. Also a bonus is I GET SLEEP!! No for reals its hard to work graves and try to take care of a busy toddler eventually you just crash from the lack of sleep. Well thats what happend! Dale had about a month of a layoff but was quickly was called back to work, lets face it the company needs him! Dale for Valentines Day took me to one of my Favorite restraunts Tucanos and gave me my "new" relpaced wedding ring! Its so pretty, its acutally just about like the other one but without the missing diamond that just kept being replaced. (no matter what schubachs did the darn thing kept falling back out. So Dale instead of fixing it he just got me a new and BIGGER one. So spoiled..I am!

March 2010

The Polar Bear Run! this is the kickoff for our biking season, it was also the first run that I rode by myself on. Dale rode his new bike, we all did very well and the weather held up!

We had a really fun Halloween this year, even tho we didnt do a whole lot of tick-or-treating done. We had to compete with a wedding that was going on, I know a wedding on halloween! It would be fine if it was in the morning and a costume one (I guess it was suppose to be that way) oh well. The kids looked adoreable, it was a no brainer what they were going as. We saw Austyns costume in the store and that was it, plus being in Utah we had absoultly no problem finding Nicks either. So I would say everything went very well. The costumes were great, the house looked spooky, and the kids got enough candy! PROJECT HALLOWEEN 09 ....COMPLETE!!

Nick came to me with the bubble wand, the one that I hide. Not quite sure how he got it, but he had the most precious begging face going on. I couldnt let him down, tho the reason they were put up is because when the bubbles start the kids dont want it to end no matter how long or how tierd I am of blowing. This time I was lucky they were easily distracted by something else.

Reno's day out

Well the weather has finally let up enough for Reno to go play outside. Normaly if we let her go outside she runs off and we have the hardest time getting her to come home, everything is a game to her. I fianlly thought of the most brilliant of plans, A ROPE! Ok so not so brilliant at least now she can get her energy out without sending us on a goose chase.

For our 5yr anniversary we got to go to the def leppard concert! It was awesome, posion and cheap trick also played. It was one of the best nights in a long while.

Well we were lucky enough to go to the Toby keith, Trace Akins concert this year. They do a big biker rally to start. Toby Keith led the way it was awesome to go to the concert. We went with Dales mom and Dad, Uncle Huggie and Kris, and there daughter Fawn. Dales favorite thing about that concert was the opening act Trailor Chior. There the ones who sing "she's rockin the beer gut."

MDA Ride to Wendover

Well a new tradition has started every year the Hitesman adults make the ride to Wendover to support the MDA cause. This was our first year it was pretty awesome 5000 motorcycles or more all going to wendover together! Im sure it was quite a site, we were even on the news, ok so my mother in law was we were just in the background but you could see us. The New House

Well we did it finally out of the condo and into a house YIPPIE!! We are so excited and the kids and dog love having more room to run around. Were still in the same city because of Nicks school and well its a quiet and really nice place to live. You can see a great veiw of Utah Lake from our bedroom window....Definatly loving the new House!

Dale grew up in a family that is mortorcycle crazy, so naturally we got one too. I grew up in a family that well lets say had different veiws on the idea of motorcycles. It has been such a blast to havce one, i have also learned how to drive it and am anxiously awaiting buying one of my own.

Ours is the one with the flames, Dales dads is the Tiger one, and his moms is the new Harley trike.

So we finally made the decision to buy a dog for Nick. We bought a boxer named Reno, she is quite a pain as most puppies are but she fits our family perfect and was just the thing for Nick.

Wow the time sure flys bye when you are a parent. Austyn's 1st birthday was already here and after the summer of fun that her brother and her had. this was just another layer on the cake. we had a little gathering at Austyn's Grandma and Grandpa Hitemans house. followed by Nicks artistic debut. Needless to say the kids had a great summer ending with a trip to Vegas, The Hogel Zoo, a Sammy Kershaw concert, and Nicks 3rd birthday.

Nicholas and Autism

In November 2007 we had Nick tested for Autism. He had regressed terribly in his social development. He was really scaring us so we made the hard decision to have Nick tested. he was diagnosed with Autism and we had to face the facts of life that nick may not ever be a normal functioning child. We were blessed with this challenge and we do see him as one of god most precious children and he has chosen our family to watch and care for him...wow we are so lucky not very many people get that kind of blessing! He has been enrolled in vigorous preschool and classes with therapists who are great and are helping us help him. HE IS OUR LITTLE SUNBEAM! www.autismspeaks.org/

Now its was time for our Austyn to make her debut. She was so beautiful! Blessed by her grandpa Dodson, she just couldn't help but have all eyes fixed on her. She was blessed on December 9, 2007 and captured all our hearts.

On August 12, 2007 our Austyn was born. She was actually supposed to be born on the 11th but as Dale predicted when we found out that we were having another baby she would be born on here grandma Hitesman's birthday. Now whats interesting about here being born on her grandmas birthday I was born on my grandpas birthday. Her birth was a piece of cake tho I was in labor for 9 hours and my epidural had worn off when I was pushing. Compared to Nicks birth hers was a cake walk!

Nicholas scares us all

When Nick was about 15 months he became very sick, he was admitted to UVRMC pediatric ward, after 2 days there they had discovered that Nick had a hernia. Dale and I were frustrated due to the lack of concern of the doctor seeing as I had noticed the bump in his lower regions a day earlier and it took a day for the doctor to listen to us. They then rushed him to Primary Children's for emergency surgery. He had the hernia and a testicular torsion, they also decide to remove his appendix while they were doing surgery. It was a very hard time for Dale and I we were also lucky to have Dales parents hanging out with us. little did we know that another bundle of joy was on the way.

On October 23, 2005 our Nicholas made his debut into the LDS church. He was blessed by his great grandpa Dodson. He definitely had charisma and charm in his white tuxedo. Dale and I were such proud parents.

After a very hard pregnancy our little Nicholas Dale was born on September 7, 2005. His labor lasted about 36 hrs and for the most part it was hard labor. After some poor decisions we decided to go with a forceps birth instead of a c-section. let me tell you for Nick and my sake were lucky were both alive. Always have a c-section over forceps. Anyway our bundle of joy was here. He was such a good baby, I was definitely lucky.

Our Wedding

We were married on August 28, 2004. It was a beautiful wedding but small, since Dale is scottish we had the traditional kilt cermony and his best men were his best friend Kris and his cousin Scotty. My bridesmaids were my sisters, Janelle and Chelsie I would have liked to have my other sister Heather in my line but she was prego at the time. It was such a wonderful day and set the pace for great days ahead.

How we meet

Dale and I meet driving state street. As pathetic as it sounds its completley true. I was heading back to Salt Lake to hang out with him, I was thinking I was hanging out with his friend tho. I was surprised how good looking he was seeing as i wasnt paying that much attention to him the night before. We very much enjoyed each others company and well we hit it off and here we are.
